Consent

We believe that consent plays a vital part in connectivity and community. Ensure all sides are mutually consensual prior to physical encounters (ie hugging, groping, spanking); be they scent-sual encounters (ie any smelly, oily or other substances applied to the skin); or be they sexual encounters. Consent must be clearly granted from an individual who is clearly in control of their faculties enough to grant it. We value the transformative experience of sensual and consensual touch, play, and interaction. We believe that consent plays a vital part in our connectivity and community. Our vision is that all parties participate in a physical encounter from a place of enthusiasm and autonomy. Consent must be explicitly granted from an individual who is clearly in a state of mind to be able to grant it.

What do you consent to?

· Touch: Just because you hugged someone yesterday doesn’t mean you can surprise them with a hug today. “Surprise contact” isn’t always wanted, even if it’s affectionate.

· Kink: Consent for one thing isn’t consent for another. If I said you can spank me, that doesn’t give you permission to grope me.

· Sex: Consent can be revoked once it’s been given.

· Gifts: Disclose what is in your gifts, even if it’s just essential oils. Some people have sensitivities

· Foods: Disclose the ingredients, one person’s innocuous ingredient can be someone else’s allergy.


Radical Inclusion

Anyone can be a part of SyncOFF. We welcome and respect the stranger. We consider differences necessary to collaborate in creating the magic. Different unique facets of the same Unity. No prerequisites exist for participation in our community aside believe in our Principles


Gifting

SyncOFF support the acts of gift giving. The value of a gift is unconditional. Gifting does not contemplate a return or an exchange for something of equal value. Expect same gift during the night. We invite you to do the same and bring something to gift during the night! It gives back such a pleasant feeling to give without goals!

Radical Self-expression

Radical Self-Expression is a mandatory part of Consciousness and arises from the unique gifts of the individual. No one other than the individual or a collaborating group can determine its content. It is offered as a gift to others. In this spirit, the giver should respect the rights and liberties of the recipient.

Communal Effort

SyncOFF values creative and free art, cooperation and collaboration. We strive to produce, promote and protect social networks, public spaces, works of art, and methods of communication that support Art and Real Connections

Leaving No Trace

SyncOFF respects the environment. We are committed to leaving no physical trace of our activities wherever we gather. We  don’t make places dirty since the habits will stay in every place we will be and we do not have people born to clean up after ourselves. We endeavour, whenever possible, to leave such places in a better state than when we found them.

Participation

SyncOFF adopts a radically participatory Ethic. We believe that transformative change, whether in the individual or in society, can occur only through the medium of deeply personal participation. We achieve being through doing. Everyone is invited to be part of SyncOFF, dance, paint, speak with others and as well making love! Everyone is invited to play. We make the world real through actions that open the heart.

Immediacy

Immediate experience is, in many ways, the most important touchstone of value in our culture. We seek to overcome barriers that stand between us and a recognition of our inner selves, the reality of those around us, participation in society, and contact with a natural world exceeding human powers. No idea can substitute for this experience.
